We will ask a lot of questions to understand the problems you are having with your pc and any previous problems which could be related. The more information we have, the faster we will deliver a solution.

A fast response
We will be with you within a couple of hours if you need an express service or if you're not in such a rush, we'll see you tomorrow or the following day. If you'd prefer to pop in to us, just give us a call to let us know you're on your way.

Friendly & helpful technicians
We promise to arrive with a smile, smartly dressed and be as helpful as we can including answering any questions that you may have and of course we will answer in a way that you will understand - jargon free!

Prompt repair
80% of our repairs will be complete within 1 to 2 hours, if we need to take your pc away for repair you will have it back the next working day unless we advise you otherwise.

Value for money
Our hourly rate is very reasonable and the time we take to solve your problems is quite impressive as well, put the two together and yes, you certainly have value for your money.

A personal service
We would like to think you will call on us for our services for as long as you own a computer. We won't be sending you an invoice for advice over the telephone, or expect you to call a premium rate number and our current customers won't get an invoice for a 2 minute job that isn't out of our way.

We are about giving the highest level of service that we possibly can. We constantly listen to what our customers needs are and we are always looking for ways to improve.
